Hi.
The problem requires isolation of the products which is relatively easy. If you subtract 1 baked potato and all of the burgers from the total; what is left is 4 baked potatoes. Divide the result of the subtraction by 4 (baked potato count) to get the calorie count for a baked potato. Subtract the amount from the 1 baked potato and all cheese burgers total to get the calorie content for all the cheese burgers. Then divide the remainder by 4 (cheese burger count) to arrive at the calories per burger.
4830-2630 = 2200
2200÷4 = 550
2630-550 = 2080
2080÷4 = 520
ergo 1 potato = 550 calories and 1 burger = 520 calories
