Is your question "What is the probability that the first piece picked is milk chocolate and the second piece is dark chocolate?". If so, then
P(milk choc.) = 8/15
After picking a milk chocolate, you only have 14 pieces left, 7 milk and 7 dark chocolates.
P(dark choc.) = 7/14 = 1/2
P(milk choc. then dark choc.) = P(milk choc.) * P(dark choc.)
= 8/15 * 1/2
= 8/30 = 4/15
P(milk choc.) = 8/15
