For the second question:
3x -3y = 6
1/3 y = x + 2/3 This will become if you subtract x on both sides of the equation: -x + 1/3 y = 2/3
If you multiply this second equation by 3 you will get: -3x + y = 2
Now let's line up both equations:
3x - 3y = 6
-3x + y = 2
You can eliminate the 3x and you will get -2y = 8; then dividing both sides by -2, the answer will be y = -4.
Substitution of y = -4 in the second equation will result in -3x + (-4) = 2; therefore -3x = 6 and then x = -2.
Check your answer by substitution in one of the equations.
For the third one, you follow the same logic.
