Between 100 and 200, only 105, 140, and 175 are divisible by 5 and 7.

Any formula for these types of maths?????

Basically this boils down to the first common multiple of 5 and 7 being 35, so we're eliminating multiples of 35 from between 100 and 200. Every other multiple of 5 passes the test.
