Confusing question. I think they want you to know that the independent variable, x, would be hours and the dependent variable, y, would be pay ($). Range refers to the smallest to largest values of the dependent variable, so it would be A) or B) cause those are in the correct units, $. Both have a starting value of $0 that would be your pay if you worked no hours (x=0 hours). I'm guessing the answer is A) $0 to $600 because $600 seems a more appropriate upper bound for a week's pay than $50.
The Domain refers to the smallest to largest defined values for the independent variable, x, in this case hours. So C) and D) would refer to the domain. Both start at 0 hours which is appropriate. There are only 168 hours in a week though, so 600 hours is too high. So D) would be appropriate for the Domain.
