slope = m = y2-y1 / x2- x1 =0-(-8) / -6-0= 8/-6 =-4/3
now point slop form of equation is
y-y1 = m(x-x1)
we can consider any point suppose (-6,0)
y-0 = (-4/3)(x-(-6))
y = (-4/3)(x+6)
y=-4x/3 -24/3
y = -4x/3 -8
