chipotle burritos in northeast Ohio cost 17.4% more than they do in Alabama. If a chicken burrito in northeast Ohio costs $6.95, how much does a chicken burrito cost in Alabama?

$5.92 is 100% of the Alabama price. $6.95 is 117.4% of the Alabama price.
 
If we said Georgia was 12% less than northeast Ohio, then Georgia would be 100% - 12% = 88% of the Ohio price.
