Thanks for your response. According to my calculation ($37600-$19400)/(11 years)= $1654. How is the $1300 appeared?

CORRECTION  (I don't like to edit using HTML):

There are 11 years (that is, 11 increases) from the first year to the twelfth year.
   ($33700 - $19400)/(11 years) = $14300/(11 yr) = $1300/yr

($37600 - $33700) / ($1300/yr)
 $3900 / ($1300/yr) = 3 years

12th year + 3 years = 15th year
