if there is a war in every 10 year then what is the probability that there will be no war in 25 year?

I do not think that this problem is well written.  Problem: how long are the wars?
 
the phrase 25 year is not apt; I learned to write 25 years.  
What does "there is a war in every 10 year" mean?

there is no any duration of wars as mentioned in question(book). just only need to calculate the probability that there will be no any war in 25 years.
