Not an answer but a question...is the $16.32 suppose to be $1,632.  If he only made $16 for the month, he needs to find another line of work.  That would be two bikes.

it appears that $16.32 per month (gross income) is inconsistent with the basic hourly rates--that is, he's going out of business very soon!.
