What you're saying is that it is (10(6)^2+(6)) - (10(3)^2+(3))/6-3 ??

Well, almost!  the denominator (three), when written as 6-3, MUST BE ENCLOSED IN PARENTHESES..otherwise PEMDAS would prevail in a way that you would not want!

Great Scott!  My numerator comes out as 10(36) + 6 - 10(9) - 3 = 273.  And he denominator is 3. Answer is 91.
 
YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE WHY YOUR SUBSTITUTION & differencing doesn't work!  You need to practice more, and harder, and catch up with the class--otherwise your entire school experience will be miserable.
