Whenever you have a logarithmic equation such as log x=-1.9, you use both sides of the equation as exponents, on the appropriate base.
In this case, use 10 (common logarithms).
10log x = 10-1.9
On the left side, exponentiation (base ten) and common log are INVERSE OPERATIONS, so you just get
x = 10-1.9 or = 1/101.9 = 0.012589
