If they have a fixed monthly fee, the more expensive one will always be more expensive.
These problems normally have the lower monthly priced club have a sign up fee that makes it initially more expensive.
It has a y-int that is some positive number and therefore starts higher but climbs slower. The more expensive monthly fee starts at 0, (y-int of 0) no signup fee but less expensive in the early months because it had no sign up fee.
