Algebra 2 ( Write a polynomial function of least degree that has the given roots. )

Write a polynomial function of least degree that has the given roots. 3, 2+sqrt6 I know how to do this, but how do I do this with a sqrt?

When I saw this question, there were no answers posted.  Perhaps you had a head start on this question when I went on to answer it.  When I submit my answer, it comes out as 2 or more tutors answered it.  When you compare the times that answers are submitted, you will see.
 
We cannot control weather more than one tutor answers the same question around the same time.
