CALCULUS QUESTION

A ball is thrown upwards with an initial velocity of 48 feet/sec from the top of a 160 foot tall building. Assuming that the only force affecting the ball during travel is from gravity, which produces a downward acceleration of 32 feet/sec2 ,find the velocity of the ball when it hits the ground.
