 How do you find the equation fro the line graph in standard form

1.  Locate 2 points on the graph (x₁,y₁), (x₂,y₂)
2.  Determine slope from m = (y₂-y₁)/(x₂-x₁)
3.  Use point slope form  y-y₁ = m(x-x₁) with either point
     to create equation of the line
4.  Move x and y terms to one side of the equation and
     constant term to the other to have form:  ax + by = c

2.  determine y-intercept.

3.  substitute those values for m and b, respectively, in y = mx + b

4. to put into Standard Form, manipulate the equation so that terms involving x & y are on one side, and the constantis on the other.
