simplify expression and solve equation

 
Woud you please help simplify and solve:
 
√x (√9 - 4/3) = √25

Is the first square root sign over the entire left side of the equation, or is it the square root of x times everything in the parentheses?

the square root is only covering the x, the square root is only covering the 9 and the square root is only covering the 25.
