f(x) = -2x + 5

 

g(x) = x³ - 3x² - x

 

Start with g(-x):

 

g(-x) = -x³ - 3x² + x

 

f(g(-x))= -2 * (-x³ - 3x² + x) + 5

 

(fog)(-x) = 2x³ + 6x² - 2x + 5
