Hello. Can you please help me solve the below problem? I know it's not irreducible but I don't know how to factor it.

Factor the polynomial or expression. (If a polynomial is irreducible, enter IRREDUCIBLE.)
(a + b)^3 − 8c^3

You flatter me with your request for me to tutor. I am in Carson, northwest of Long Beach. Geographically unsuited.
Here is Difference of Cubes:
a3 - b3 = (a - b)(a2 + ab + b2)
Alslo the Sum of Cubes:
a3 + b3 = )a + b)(a2 - ab + b2)
Notice they are the same except for the location of the negative sign.

Difference of squares in first term:
