Please help me solve this. Thanks!

Factor the polynomial or expression. (If a polynomial is irreducible, enter IRREDUCIBLE.)
(a+b)^2/16    -    a^2b^2/9

Hi Mark. Thank you for trying to help. Sorry I didn't make this clear but the parentheses and exponent is above the 9. and same thing for the 16. 
It is (a+b)^2 ALL OVER 16, minus a^2b^2 ALL OVER 9.

[(a +b) / 4]2 - (ab / 3)2]
