Tina is painting a triangular sign  The height of the sign is 32 feet and the base is 27 feet. How many Sq feet will Tracy paint? Just need the answer.

The amount of paint needed would be the same as What is the

area of the sign?  Since it is a triangle:

 

Area = one half of base times height

 

Area = [27 (32)] / 2

 

Area = 432

 

Tracy will paint 432 ft.²
