i am grading a test for my son, and confused on a problem, in geometery the question is a picture of a circle middle point p two tangent lines point x with 100, they want the answer for x, not other coordinates listed

Kelly,
I am asking these questions:
1) We have a circle with center point P?
2) Are there two straight lines outside the circle drawn tangent
to the sides of the circle? These would be called tangent lines
3) The number 100, is it the length of part of the arc of the circle or
is it the length of a line segment outside the circle?
Once we get the picture with its measurements, I am sure the problem
will be somewhat easy to work.

I think that I have a good idea as to what the problem looks like and what
they are asking you to find.
If there are two lines drawn tangent to the circle from point X which is
outside the circle, what are the points labeled where these two lines
intersect the circle?
Is the 100 written on the circle between these two points?

No other points labeled, just the P in the center of the circle and X at the tangent points, the 100 is on the inside of the circle on the right side by the tangent lines

What do you think X represents? Angle or the length of a line

I personally think it means angle. But I'm not 100% on that.

or
