Since the ratio of concentrate to water will be the same no matter how much of the drink you have, set up a proportion like this:
5/8 = x/y (where x is the new amount of concentrate and y is the water you need)
So 8x = 5y
Then start picking x's:
e.g.,
x y
1 8/5
2 16/5
3 24/5
4 32/5
5 8
6 48/5
7 56/5
etc.

The table represents a set of ingredients for the B recipe. e.g., the first row means 1 part concentrate to 8/5 part water. You can rewrite 8/5 to 1 and 3/5 parts water.
If this doesn't help, then perhaps you should restate the question.

Ahh, just saw the table. So, I have the answers to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the table above. Just call them liters; so add 1 liter of concentrate to 1 and 3/5 liters of water. 2 liters of concentrate to 16/5 liters of water (3 and 1/5 liters of water) and so forth. I'll let you do 10, 15 and 20
