The easiest way is to convert the mixed terms into an improper fractions

2 1/6 = 13/6
10 5/6 = 65/6

13/6 divided by 65/6

It's easier if you convert this to a multiplication problem - simply change the division sign to a multiplication sign and make sure you flip the second term to its reciprocal.

13/6 divided by 6/65

6's cancel out (6/6 =1), and you're left with 13/65. You can finish off the rest.
