It costs $14.95 to download 5 songs and one album. And it costs $22.95 to download 3 songs and 2 albums. How much is each album?

Trying to figure this out. Algebra 1 class.

5S + 1A = 14.95
3S + 2A = 22.95
 
You can isolate A to equal 14.95 - 5S in equation 1.  Substitute that into equation 2 and you should be able to solve for S.  Then plug that back into equation 1 to solve for A.
