Without a drawing, this is impossible to demonstrate. The equation, however, is very straight-forward. The diagonal through the center of a rectangular prism can be found by an extension of Pythagorean Theorem.
a2 + b2 + c2 = d2 where d is the diagonal. So plugging in the given information we get:
42 + 52 + c2 = 82 OR 16 + 25 + c2 = 64
c2 = 23
c = √23 = height
