= (8 -2xsqr5)/(16-5x^2)
multiply numerator and denominator by the conjugate, 4-xsqr5
UNLESS the problem was
2/(4+sqr(5x), then
= (8-2sqr(5x))/(16-5x)
or
maybe you really did mean
2/4 + sqr5x
but then there's no denominator that needs rationalizing
