Is H =-3 from the equation, and K=7 from the equation? And then when I get the radius.. What is the center ?

Arnold F.

If x-h = x-3 then h=3

If y-k  = y+7 then k=-7

so the center is ( 3,-7).

If r2 = 49 what is r?
