Write the function in standard form.

 

Zeros: 3, -2, and 1

Easy: just write the polynomial in factored form: P(x) = (x-1)(x+2)(x-3).  It can be seen that the stated zeros are 1, -2 and 3 because each of them will make one of the factors zero.
