Look at the integrand; it has a common denominator; apply it to each term in the numerator.  This means you need to

∫ [ x³ - (¾)(1/x) dx and you can do this easily, term by term.

 

You need to use lots of algebra, sometimes, to simplify the integrands.  A technique that I hope you become comfortable with.
