David, did you leave a y out of the denominator of the second fraction?
 
Was the problem (3y+7)/(5y+2)  divided by (3y+7)/(4y+2)?
 
If so, the answer would have been:
 
4y+2
-------
5y+2

Just a guess because it didn't have a y in it.

I concur with Ralph's answer given the problem as it was submitted.
