a2 = 1
a3 = 2a2 + a1 = 8 + 1 = 9
a4 = 2a3 + a2 = 18 + 1 = 19
a5 = 2a4 + a3 = 38 + 9 = 47

a4 = 2a3 + a2 = 2(9) + 1 = 18 + 1 = 19
a5 = 2(19) + 9 = 38 + 9 = 47
