Why is this hard for you? f*g means the product; just multiply those two polynomials together. f-g means subtraction; f/g means division.
In the case of division, you must disallow division by zero, so in problem 1, where x+1 will be the denominator, you see that x = -1 must be disallowed (excluded from the domain). All the others have no domain problems.
