This is an addition of perfect cubes problem. The general pattern for the solution to this type of problem is:
a3 + b3 = (a + b)(a2 – ab + b2)
in this case a=x and b=5, so the solution would be (x+5)(x2-5x+25).
Personal Note: When I was learning factoring, I just memorized the general solution and focused on being able to recognize when I saw 2 cubes together. Maybe that's not the best way to learn the material, but that's what worked for me.
