If this is the complete polynomial (why the unnecessary parentheses?), the you can find the x-intercepts by setting F(x) = 0 and solving for x:
0 = x3 + 49
x3 = -49
x = 3√(-49).
This cannot be simplified further because 49 does not have any perfect cube factors other than 1. The x-intercept is a negative number approximately equal to -3.66 (found with a calculator).
