Please help me get the upper and lower values for 1 standard deviation (S.D.) around the mean for the numbers 14, 18, 26, 12, 17, 22, 19, 15, 25, 22, 19, 11. Then give the upper and lower values for 2 standard devations around the mean for the same numbers.

answer is

mean = 18.333....

Var = 23.333...

SD = about 4.3

upper/lower bounds for 1 SD are 18 1/3 +/- 4.3 = about 22.6333... and 14.0333...

upper lower bounds for 2 SD are 18 1/3 +/- 8.6
