30x⁴ - 38x³ - 12x² 

 

first, notice that 2x² is common to all three terms

 

(2)(x)(x) (15x² - 19x + 6)

 

the quadratic can be factored

 

(2)(x)(x)(5x - 3)(3x - 2)
