Unfortunately, this problem is not clearly written. Essentially it has some typographical errors along with some misuse of notation.
First, the expression "9x3 + -6x2)" has an open parenthesis. Since parentheses are used to group terms in an algebraic statement, it is not clear how these items at the left of the expression are to be grouped. My guess is that the "9" should be a "(" because a "shift p" on the key board is "(". But that is only a guess.
Second, we have two instances of operator signs adjacent to each other. We have "+ -6x2" and "+ - 1". Operators are not written adjacent to each other. The items here could be be "-6x2" and "=- 1". Note that "=" is a non-shfit "+". This situation may not difficult to decipher into several possibilities but an example like "+ / 2" is completely ambiguous. Do you add or do you divide the following terms??
