When I look at your problem I see the following

(8x⁹+10x²+14x) /(14³x)

 

Each term is divisible by 2x, so we can rewrite the problem like this.

 

2x(4x⁸+5x+7)

------------------

2x (14²)7

 

The 2x in the numerator and denominator will cancel, leaving

 

4x⁸+5x+7x
---------------
(14²)(7)

 

Now, is it possible your original expressions has a typo and they exponent in the denominator should be on the x and not the 14?  Below is the solution under that assumption.

 

8x⁹+10x²+14x)
------------------
      14X³

 

We can still factor our a 2x

 

(2x)(4x⁸+5x+7)
------------------
   (2x)(7X²)

 

And again the 2x in the numerator and denominator will cancel, leaving

 

4x⁸+5x+7
-------------
     7X²
