The area for a rectangle is
length(L)* width(W)= Area(A)
L*W=18in2
The problem tells us that the length is (=), 5 inches more (+5), than twice the width (2W)
L= 2W+5in
Use substitution to find the (W) that will get an area of at least 18. This will get you the smallest value that (W) can be. Any other sets of (L) and (W) that fit the L= 2W+5in equation and are larger than your first answer will satisfy the criteria.
