Multiplication/Division can be done in any order. Therefore you can rewrite this as:
(9x8/3)x(105x10-7/10-1)
First Term: 9x8=72 and 72/3=24
Second Term: We can add the exponents when multiplying and subtract when dividing since all terms have the same base (10). So:
105x10-7/10-1=105+(-7)-(-1)=10-1
