Follow these rules for multiplying and dividing exponents. Then apply them for this and the other similar questions you have posted here.
Multiplying numbers with exponents:
Multiply the coefficients of the bases. Add the exponents of common bases.
For example, (8x2)(7rx3) = (8 * 7) * r(0 + 1) * x(2 + 3) = 56rx5
Dividing numbers with exponents.
Divide the coefficients of the bases. Subtract the exponents of common bases.
For example, (7c4) / (21c8) = (7 / 21) * c(4 - 8) = (1 / 3)c-4
When we have a negative exponent, we perform the reciprocal of the base associated with than exponent to make it positive.
