To simplify this, start by simplifying the denominator.
For any expression (rx)y that is equal to rxy. Another words, the exponents are multiplied together.
So (r2)5 = r10.
That leaves you with r12/r10.
For any expression rx/ry, that is equal to r(x-y). The exponents are subtracted from each other.
So r12/r10 = r2
