How do you find slope?
Slope (m) is the difference of y over the difference of x.
Some call this RISE over RUN.
so...
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
The slope you need is between the points given:
(-1,10), (7,5)
So...
m = (5-10)/(7- -1)
m = -5/8 = -0.625
