A pharmacist wished to mix a solution that is 4% minoxidil. She has on hand 70ml of 2% solution and wishes to add some 6% solution to obtain the desired 4% solution.  How much of the 6% solution should be added?

Answer 1

70mL 2% mixes with 70 mL 6%, which will bring the concentration to 4%.
