All three are acids and no reaction, per se, would occur. We could say, that since HNO3 and HCl are strong acids, you would have a mixture of H3O+ (or H+), Cl- ions, and NO3- ions. Whereas CH3COOH is a weak acid, so it doesn't dissociate completely as the HNO3 does. Hence, you would have H3O+ (or H+) ions and NO3- ions as before as well as some CH3COO- ions and undissociated CH3COOH
