Raffle Question. See Description.

There is a raffle that involves 18 tickets. The tickets are numbered and you can select any numbered ticket you please. You decide to buy 8 tickets. Now what is the best way to decide which numbers I should select in order to have the highest probability to win. For example: Select only odd numbered tickets, Select only single digit numbered tickets, or select equal amounts of both?
