Algebra 2 word problem, only need an answer

Question

The length of a rectangle is one and a half meters more than its width.  If the perimeter is 15 meters, what are its dimensions?

1.5w = L           2L + 2w = 15

                      2(1.5w) + 2w = 15

                            3w + 2w = 15

                                 5w = 15

                                  5       5

 

                                 w = 3

1.5 (3) = L

    4.5 = L
