Since 26 of the 52 are black, there is a 26/52 or 1/2 probability of drawing black first. After dealing the 1st card out, there are 25 black cards left in the deck and 51 total cards. So the probability that the 2nd card is black is 25/51. You need both the 1st and 2nd card to be black, so you mulitiply the 2 probabilities. 1/2 times 25/51=25/102, so there's a 25/102 probability of dealing 2 black cards.
