Well there's another way by which we can solve this problem and that is algebraically instead of graphically drawing both graphs.
This is can be done by equating both the functions and finding their coordinates.
2x^2 + 5x - 4 = -2(X+3)^2 +4
2x^2 + 5x - 4 = -2 (x^2 +6x + 9) + 4
4x^2 +17x + 10 = 0
The two values of X are -0.71 & -3.54 which can be found using the quadratic formula plugging see values in to any of the functions gives he corresponding y values your answer will be
